Who am I? Thiebauld Wedding and Family photographer, living in a pink women house (my Spicegirls: Lilas, Lana, and Liliane). I grew up on a small island, in the middle of the Pacific (New Caledonia). Those have a huge impact on my photography, seeking for exchanges between humans, laughter, love, and authenticity, the freedom that will allow you to be you, happy, sincere and lives fully all emotions.
Why Wedding / Lifestyle Photographer? I prefer to consider myself as a storyteller, more than a studio photographer, documenting true life moments, laughter, tears, small details, your uniqueness. It’s a blessing being able to share all the intensity of emotion of amazing families. It’s also a challenge, you are in charge of creating the family Patrimony, create memories that are precious to you and all the people you love. Then add a little poetry and magic to the images, to sublimate these moments, so as you to be able to keep and share their intensity.
It’s your day, not a stage editorial shooting, and I invest my soul in creating unique images. In a world where everything moves fast, be able to take the time, to capture human relations and details, that will be cherished for life, is a wonderful mission.
Unicorn and beers are the perfect blends for a wedding!
My goal is to sublimate your memories, in order to archive that, mixing documentary and creative photography.
From a documentary point of view, be as discrete as possible, let the wedding/session go, be everywhere to show multiple points of view (I run a lot). From a creative standpoint, play with lights, shadows, tools, to make images of your history, your emotions magic!
I only a limited number of weddings to be able to focus on every and each of my amazing couples!
We are a team, To achieve this, it is important that you explain to me what is important to you, who you are, in order to be able to understand the nuances of your personality. Thus offer you images that match represent deeply who you are as much as they will surprise you.
I love :
– My own Spice Girls (the 3-Ls)
– Travel (to unknown places)
I don’t like :
– Fake (emotions, feeling, pictures, people)
– Horror movies
I have been honored to be featured in French and English wedding blogs
Part of the project Signature, collective « Il était une fois » has created 8 portraits of French Photographers, a film about their journey, their aspirations and how they feel photography. I had the chance to be part of this great adventure. This is not an easy exercise when you’re used to be behind the camera, but so rewarding.
If you want to know more about me, I invite you to watch this portrait full of Nature.
