To get to the actual Nice Castle hill park, you can walk the stair or use the elevator. The elevator (when opened) closes earlier than the park. But it is free and would avoid walking up the hill (and getting sweaty).
As the elevator closes before we get down, keep in mind you will have to walk hundreds of stairs, thus avoiding high heel shoes.
