When is the best time for a pre-wedding photoshoot in the South of France?
One of the most frequent questions that we get the most is “what is the best time for a photo session on the French Riviera or Provence? ”
First, the best time for a photo session is when you have the best lights. the nicest and most flattering lights are at sunrise and sunset. Those time vary depending on the season (day are longer in summer).

In the main touristic areas, having your pictures at sunrise also had a tremendous advantage: you avoid the crowd. It can be difficult to wake up early, but having all the beach for yourself, or an empty lavender fields, worth it 100%.
We do have fantastic weather on the French Riviera all year long, but my favorite times of the year are Spring and Falls (north hemisphere). How many hours do I need for a pre-wedding in Provence?
We typically cover one main location per hour. Let’s say that you’d like to take photos at Eze. In this case, we recommend a one-hour pre-wedding photo session. If you’d like to go to two different places, such as the Cap d’Antibes and the Saint Paul de Vence. Then you should at least book a two hours engagement shoot on the French Riviera. If you want pictures on the French Riviera and Provence there are few hours of drive. We are then working on a day shoot instead of per hours, so as to you to enjoy the session and to really take time to create stunning pictures.

Our agency works super hard on creating gorgeous pictures you will cherish the rest of your life. We do not have in house extra services. But once we have defined the photography package you want, we will be pleased to advise you extra service vendors. Those vendors we trust as we often work with then on weddings on the French Riviera and Provence.

The easiest way possible! You would have probably travel for hours, so we really want you to relax and enjoy your session. Moreover, most of the time, it is your first time on the French Riviera or Provence. So we guide you to explore the best places for pictures. You might not be professional models or haven’t taken professional photos before.
We are here to help you, feel less shy and more comfortable in front of the camera. Depending on how you feel the most comfortable we will help you or let you be more natural. At the same time, we do know there is cultural behavior, we really want the pictures to showcase the best of both of you.

Some studios do offer outfits but they are often poor qualities ones. You can purchase a special dress you will keep with you. A dress you could wear on your welcome dinner or brunch.
