Perched atop the medieval town of Eze, Chateau Eza commands breathtaking views of the Bay of Beaulieu-Sur-Mer, Saint-Jean-Cap Ferrat, and Eze itself, making it an idyllic setting for a romantic proposal. This intimate 5-star hotel boasts a 1-star Michelin restaurant and offers a range of unique options, whether you opt for a private balcony, the enchanting Salon Royal and its terrace, or the luxurious Presidential Suite, ensuring your proposal is truly unforgettable against the backdrop of the French Riviera coastline.

Since 2026, proposals aren’t allowed anymore in Salon Royal.

Chateau Eza balcony 30

The Balcony 30 at Chateau Eza offers an enchanting option.for those seeking a more budget-friendly yet cozy atmosphere. With space for up to 4 people, you can adorn it with an abundance of flowers to evoke a fairy-tale ambiance, perfect for a romantic and intimate proposal. This intimate setting provides a picturesque backdrop of the French Riviera coastline, ensuring a magical moment to cherish forever.

Privatization fee : 300€ for lunch / 500€ for dinner

The privatization fee does not include the meal or flowers, and you are required to order two gastronomic menus.

Chateau Eza balcony 20

The Balcony 20 at Chateau Eza offers an enchanting option. For those seeking a more budget-friendly yet cozy atmosphere. It is smaller than Balcony 30, and offers less intimacy than Balcony 30 (restaurant lobby just below). But you don’t have the roof/above terrace visible. I do recommend Balcony 30.

Those amazing locations used to be allowed for proposals, unfortunately, not anymore.
We keep them for reference and to help you better understand the former lovely options.
If proposals aren’t allowed in those suites, they are still lovely options to stay for the night and celebrate.

Chateau Eza Salon Royal

Since 2026, proposals aren’t allowed anymore in Salon Royal.

With its expansive terrace and internal dining area, the Salon Royal at Chateau Eza can accommodate up to 20 people, providing ample space for a memorable and intimate gathering. This versatile setting offers the perfect combination of elegance and comfort for any special occasion, including a romantic proposal overlooking the stunning French Riviera coastline.

1500€ Privatization fee for the Salon Royal (terrace + salon) 
During high season, there is an extra 2000€ minimum spending (food and beverage)

Chateau Eza Medieval Suite

Since 2025, proposals aren’t allowed anymore in suites.
For a truly luxurious and indulgent proposal experience, consider the Presidential suite at Chateau Eza, boasting a breathtaking view of the French Riviera. After popping the question, unwind in the suite’s jacuzzi for relaxation and celebration. And if dining on the terrace isn’t possible, room service offers the perfect opportunity for an intimate and romantic candlelit dinner, completing the unforgettable experience.

To secure one of the suites for your proposal, make a request during booking. The hotel staff will endeavor to accommodate your preferences based on availability.

You cannot have restaurant meals in the suite, but room service is available.
